Choosing an original painting is a personal experience. Whether you're buying your very first piece of original art or adding to an existing collection, my aim is to make the process enjoyable, relaxed and completely transparent.

Every painting I create is unique, inspired by places, people and moments that become part of our lives. I believe original art should not only complement your home but become part of its story.

Original Artwork

Every original painting is:

• An original one-of-a-kind artwork by Gill Storr

• Signed by the artist

• Supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity

• Professionally packaged for safe delivery

• Ready to hang (or supplied with framing details where applicable)

Each painting is created using my signature mixed media process, combining photography, acrylic paint, artist gels, texture pastes, oil pastel and wax to create richly layered contemporary artwork.

Private Viewing

One of the most enjoyable parts of collecting art is seeing how a painting feels within your own home.

If you're considering an original artwork but would like to see it in your space before making a decision, I offer a Private Viewing service.

For collectors within travelling distance, I can arrange to bring selected artworks to your home.

If you're further afield, I can create a digital room visualisation using a photograph of your interior, allowing you to see how the painting will look before purchasing.

Commissions

If you've fallen in love with my style but are looking for something more personal, I also undertake a limited number of bespoke commissions each year.

Whether inspired by a favourite city, memorable holiday destination or meaningful location, I'll work closely with you to create an original painting that reflects your own story while remaining true to my artistic style.

Collector Editions

Alongside my original paintings, I also create Collector Editions.

These are carefully produced from selected original artworks and are individually finished, signed and numbered by hand.

Each edition is created in limited numbers to maintain its exclusivity and collectability.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting is supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming:

• Artist

• Artwork title

• Medium

• Dimensions

• Date of creation

• Signature

This provides reassurance for collectors and records the provenance of the artwork.

Caring for Your Artwork

Original paintings are created using high-quality professional materials designed to be enjoyed for many years.

To keep your artwork looking its best:

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

• Hang away from excessive humidity.

• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

• Avoid using cleaning products directly on the surface.

Can I view an artwork before buying?

Yes. Private Viewings are available by arrangement, and I can also create digital room visualisations for collectors further away.

Unless clearly described as a Collector Edition, every painting is a unique original created and signed by me.
